Welcoming staff in a convenient location
During my stay, I was welcomed by a friendly staff member who also helped with an early check-in. The hotel is conveniently located close to the mall and restaurants, making it easy for us to explore. The room was clean and spacious with a comfortable mattress. However, the breakfast options felt a bit pricey for what was offered.

The hotel offered spacious and clean rooms, along with friendly staff who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Unfortunately, there were no breakfast options included in the room rate, and the sofa bed wasn’t made upon arrival, which was a bit disappointing.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel, especially its proximity to the New England Sports Center, which made it easy for our family outings. The room was spacious and clean, a perfect fit for us, giving the kids room to play while we relaxed.
My kids wished for a larger pool area for more family activities. It would really help hotels like this cater to families better.

Just a solid selection for a mini-break over the weekend in Natick with good value considering the price charged. The front desk staff were nice and helped us get rooms near each other. If you need coffee, the morning restaurant has Starbucks, but it's not like a regular Starbucks place.

my stay at courtyards was great! the location is very close to the mall and restaurants, making it so convenient. the staff was really welcoming, and everything was spotless. i especially enjoyed the fitness center there—it was open 24 hours! also, the water pressure in the shower was fantastic.
