Welcoming staff in a convenient location

During my stay, I was welcomed by a friendly staff member who also helped with an early check-in. The hotel is conveniently located close to the mall and restaurants, making it easy for us to explore. The room was clean and spacious with a comfortable mattress. However, the breakfast options felt a bit pricey for what was offered.

I loved how I could easily walk to the Natick Mall, just over a kilometer away, and take a relaxing stroll around Lake Cochituate, which is less than three kilometers away, making my weekend exploration so much fun. the hotel staff was friendly and accommodating during my stay, making me comfortable as a solo traveler.

I must say the front desk staff were very friendly they even offered me extra bottles of water when I checked in and that’s just plain nice of them The room was clean and comfortable which is key for me and my daughter we need that not just for rest but for peace of mind

I enjoyed my stay with easy access to Cochituate State Park, which is perfect for a weekend stroll, and the nearby International Museum of World War II added an enriching cultural touch to my trip, making it a great base for exploring the area.

Just a solid selection for a mini-break over the weekend in Natick with good value considering the price charged. The front desk staff were nice and helped us get rooms near each other. If you need coffee, the morning restaurant has Starbucks, but it's not like a regular Starbucks place.

my stay at courtyards was great! the location is very close to the mall and restaurants, making it so convenient. the staff was really welcoming, and everything was spotless. i especially enjoyed the fitness center there—it was open 24 hours! also, the water pressure in the shower was fantastic.
